What Is a Steward Report?

A Steward Report is a year-end summary most insurance agencies provide at renewal. It usually includes claims history, premium trends, service highlights, and policy comparisons. On paper, it’s a useful tool—especially for larger brokers who rely on formal presentations to justify renewal.

But at its core, a Steward Report is a sales document. It’s designed to convince you to stay.
